Centrifugal filters remove fine crystalline suspension formed under the influence of non-chemical water treatment, as well as sludge and other solid particles from 5 microns in size. The filter action is based on the separation of the suspension and the flowing liquid, which have different densities. Separation occurs under the influence of centrifugal force on solid particles at a tangential flow inlet at an increased velocity with radial acceleration inside the housing. Impurities accumulate in the lower part of the housing, from where they are regularly or cyclically removed.
